South Walton Fashion Week 2013 is an amazing 3 day event along Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast. The event observes high fashion by featuring models and clothing designers, posh local boutiques, runway exhibits, retail shopping and VIP parties. The event is offered by Visit South Walton and produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County in partnership with Monark Events and Grand Boulevard. Net profits will benefit the Arts in Education Program of the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County. OK… Admittedly, I have never been known as a fashion guru! However, in light of the article I’m writing here about this annual Destin Fashion Show, I thought I’d take the opportunity to shoot a runway shot of my wife Sarah. Hey, why not? When we arrived at the seaclusion and walked in this house my whole family was amazed at what it was. The decor of the home is spectacular and the kitchen is stocked with every appliance needed. The pool is awesome and heated and gets sun all day which made it so nice as the ocean was cold still so the kids could unwind in the pool. We are a family of 7 and our kids range from 10-27 and everyone was so happy with our accomodations. There are tvs in each bedroom and the beds are all super comfortable! We are going back next spring break and counting the days til we return to this Destin Paradise Home. The beach is not far and the golf cart was super helpful in transporting our things to the ocean for the day. We were also able to go to a few places using the golf cart on back roads so we did not have to get in the traffic. The owners have thought of everything here and its very sad to leave but looking forward to returning in 2014! This will be our future destination for vacation!
